What is the story mode Journey in FIFA 17
When we talk about FIFA 17, I really do not know what to say. There are too many changes in FIFA 17. For any aspects, there are a lot to talk. FIFA 17 is an upcoming association football video game in the FIFA series, scheduled to be released on 27 September 2016 in North America and 29 September 2016 for the rest of the world. The biggest change to the game undoubtedly comes from the new career mode called 'The Journey'. And EA use the frostbite engine to support the new story mode. So what’s the Journey?
Within this new addition to FIFA 17, you'll play as Alex Hunter who is a young footballer trying to make his mark in the Premier League, an up and coming new star who comes from a long line of footballers. The player will be able to select one of 20 Premier League clubs to play for at the beginning of the season. The player can play any position including goalkeeper. Alex Hunter is a 17-year-old multiracial male from Clapham, London. Hunter's grandfather is former English striker Jim Hunter (20 goals in the 1966–67 season).
Under his grandfather's guidance, Hunter has decided to play as a footballer in the Premier League. The immersive experience, takes players for the first time to the back of stadia and into the dressing rooms, tunnels and even Alex Hunters childhood home. You'll be given objectives in the match and you can see your rating during your match to show how well you're playing. Post match you'll answers questions from the media and using a conversation wheel inspired by Mass Effect and Bioware you'll be given several optional responses to choose from with each question.
Away from the pitch, you'll earn trait points which you can spend on Alex Hunter to mould him into the player you want. There's also a training hub where you'll do drills and grow attributes. And to make sure The Journey is as authentic as possible, EA made sure to vet the script with stars such as Marcus Rashford, Harry Kane, Marco Reus and Deli Alli.
